Who is PMG strength and performance
Currently based in Clarke fitness health and performance within the Pearse Og Gaelic park. I have worked with a diverse range of clients ranging from the general public who want to get into shape so they can play with their kids or grand kids, to senior Gaelic football teams, aiding with performance and everything involved in that field. I have had success with clients who have suffered with back pain for years, helping them reduce any pain and get out of bed in the morning; footballers who were never fit enough to start in competition now playing in championship games; and athletes with physical disabilities gain the confidence to become classified with the chance to qualify for the 2020 Paralympics in Tokyo. My biggest passion is my involvement within Gaelic football and anything performance related. When it comes to coaching for performance I will focus on the basics and ensure each individual can do this well. Whether this requires individual mobility training or assisting with rehabilitation programs alongside their physio, attention to detail will be guaranteed to improve each athlete. I have a lot of interest in exercise and movement biomechanics, allowing me to achieve the best methods for individuals to become successful. For the football season of 2019/20 I will have more involvement with the youth teams with the clubs I currently work with, age groups of under 14.5 and under 16.5. This will allow me to build solid foundations for these future championship winners.
