Terms and conditions

These are the terms and conditions upon which we accept bookings. It is important that you read them and understand them before completing your booking. If there is anything you do not understand or do not agree with please discuss with us before you make your booking. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights. If you Book online a binding agreement will exist between you and us after you have submitted payment via PayPal. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Membership (where available)

  • There are two options for membership; a one month subscription or a 3 month subscription. The length of the membership is a minimum of 1 month, even when a 3 month subscription has been taken out.
  • After the initial 1 or 3 month period the membership will continue on a 1 or 3 month basis at the same price. (Please note prices will be reviewed from time to time to allow for inflation and rises in business costs but any increases will be discussed with you in advance.)
  • If you wish to cancel your membership, a minimum of one month’s notice should be given.
  • Cancellations of membership must be done via email to pete@pmgstrengthandperformance.co.uk and must also be done via your PayPal account under “Subscriptions.”
  • Please note *Notice to cancel memberships received in any other way may cause delays and possible extra charges.
  • Payments will start on the first day of your membership and will be taken from your PayPal account will on the same date every month or 3 months thereafter, depending on the membership subscription you have opted to take
  • Exceptional circumstance will not be accepted.

Booking training sessions and/or online Zoom sessions

  • Booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.
  • Payment must be sent within 24 hours of the booking or the booking will be cancelled.
  • Payment will only be accepted through the PayPal link that is sent in the email following a booking.
  • Twenty-four hours notice is required to cancel any bookings, no refund or exchange of services will be issued, this includes those who have vouchers.
  • The Booking is personal to the person making it and cannot be transferred to any other person.
  • We may send emails to you that are relevant to your Booking.
  • Zoom consultations are free of charge and last a maximum of 30 min

Online Tutoring Services

  • Tutoring service will be confirmed once payment has been received.
  • Payment must be sent within 24 hours of the booking or the booking will be cancelled.
  • Payment will only be accepted through the PayPal link that is sent in the email following a booking.
  • Twenty-four hours notice is required to cancel any bookings, no refund or exchange of services will be issued.

  • We may send emails to you that are relevant to your Booking.
  • We may send emails to you about other services and new blog training tips. You can unsubscribe from these if you do not want to receive them further.
